industry to study. The banks included in the CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP INDEX are, according to SNL Financial, the largest banks in
the United States during Q3 2009, when the study was put in the field.
Below is aggregated banking industry analytics, based on a one to nine point scale, where nine is most favorable. During Q3 2009 more
than 1,500 bank customers nationwide were surveyed.
We included a category called local community banks, to capture data about that segment and for comparison with the big banks.
